Experiencing Love

Friends and ppl ask me .. and just dream in general wonderment .. What is it to be in love ??
" What is it that all these romantic movies always talk about ? " and "is it possible and real ??"
" What is the difference between a friend and a special someone ?? "

Well, i'll try to explain in the best way i can ... Lets hope u can empathise with me ...

--> With a friend, u can talk to them, speak out your heart, maybe cry a little ..
+++ With that special someone, words dont matter when ur sad... The look in your eyes, the tears glistening, that person undertands what ur trying to say, without you having to spell it out ...

--> Friends can have other work or may be going out with some other friends sometimes ..
+++ This special someone is always there, if u need to go out , get some fresh air, want to hang out with someone ...

--> Opposite sex matters (No pun(s) intended) .. most of our close friends are of the same sex and generally understand the viewpoint only from our view ...
+++ A partner can truly make you understand things from both viewpoints (as they know u well enuff by then)

--> Friends are once made and remain forever ..
+++ The initial courting period is so much fun .. the furtive meetings .. the raised eyebrows .. those holding hands .. drinking coffee together and the smiling eyes looking at each other .. (It actually happens .. )

--> Friends are easy to make
+++ It is the hardest thing in the world to ask someone out. I was actually trembling, its tuff yaar !! (Gandi phat-ti hai .. believe me guys .. If u girls are laughing , try it out sometimes .. And then maybe u'll go easier on us poor chaps ... :) )
.. But then the relationship afterwards is worth it all ...

In the end, A hug and a smile from that person matters the most .. Hearing their voice, puts u in lala-land .. A simple touch on the arm raises goosepimples ..

One piece of advice .. Always be truthful .. Whether it is that ur talking to another girl casually, or that u smoke, these things are easily found out and come back to bit u in the ass .. HARD ..
